After 5 consecutive incorrect password attempts, Pokers's security system will automatically lock the account temporarily. This is to protect your account from unauthorized access.

Steps to resolve:
➊ Wait 30 minutes – A standard lockout is automatically lifted after 30 minutes.
➋ Reset Password – Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
➌ Contact Support – If it's still locked after 30 minutes or you haven't received an OTP, contact us via live chat. The support team will verify your identity and unlock your account.

PokersAs per -'s policy One account per person, maximum Permitted. However, multiple accounts under the same name, mobile number, or National ID are strictly prohibited.

However, multiple members of the same household — such as a husband and wife, or two brothers — may each maintain a separate account, provided each person registers using their own name, mobile number, and NID.

• Multiple accounts using the same NID

Step-by-step password recovery:
➊ On the login page Go to the login page and click the "Forgot Password?" link.
➋ Enter the mobile number you used during registration.
➌ A 6-digit OTP will be sent to your mobile – valid for 10 minutes.
➍ Once you verify the OTP, a form to create a new password will appear.
➎ Enter a new password with at least 8 characters, including one uppercase letter and one number.

1. Deposit Limit
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. For example: "I'll deposit no more than ৳3,000 this month." Lowering your limit takes effect immediately; increasing it requires a 72-hour waiting period.

2. Session Time Limit
Decide in advance how long you want to play – anywhere from 30 minutes to 8 hours. When the time is up, you'll be automatically logged out and prompted to take a break.

3. Loss Limit

4. Cooling-Off Period (1–30 days)

Pokers Currently supports two languages — Bengali (Bangladesh) and English.

How to change the language:

Method 1 – At the top of the page: Look for a globe icon or language shortcode (BD / EN) in the top-right corner of any page (in the navigation bar). Click it to select your preferred language.

Method 2 – Profile Settings:
➊ Log in
➋ Profile icon → Settings
➌ Go to the "Language" option and change your preference
➍ Once saved, the new language will apply across all pages

On the mobile app: Bottom menu in the app → Settings → Language → select your preferred language.

Changing the language only affects the site interface. The language within games depends on the game provider.

Pokersoffers two ways to follow live matches:

1. Real-Time Scoreboard (available to all)
Go to "Games" → "Sports" from the menu. Click on any live match to view live scores, stats, ball-by-ball updates, and odds movements. No login required to access this.

2. Live Video Streaming (Login Required)
Selected matches have a "▶ Watch Live" button. To use it:
➊ You must be logged in to your account
➋ You must have an active balance in your account or have placed at least one bet in the last 24 hours
➌ Streaming is not available for all matches – only select events (look for the stream icon on the match page)
